Reading Allowed Featured on 6ABC Action News

Reading Allowed was recently highlighted on local Philadelphia news station Channel 6/WPVI TV. During a visit to Visitation BVM Catholic School in Kensington, our tutor, Colette McElwee, and fourth-grade student, Aniya Robinson, discussed why the work of Reading Allowed is so important.

“We will keep helping every struggling reader until there’s no one who needs our services anymore,” shared Executive Director, Angela Marks, who also highlighted that 50 certified and experienced Reading Allowed tutors are changing the lives of approximately 170 students.
